TRADITONAL OMELET WITH SALAD MIX TWIST



Here is an omelet recipe that I like to whip up on a chilly morning. Having a full hot breakfast helps start my day off right on those days when I would rather jump back in bed under all the warm blankets and hit snooze for a few more hours.





How to make it:


Mix two eggs with a splash of water, whisk and pour into a frying pan. Add desired amount of garlic, onion, ham and peppers. Sauteé in grape seed oil. Flip eggs and add ½ oz salad mix and cheese. Fold over, sprinkle with salad mix and cheese. Shut off burner cover for two minutes, then serve.
